01. In the earlier round of litigation i.e. WP(C) No. 405/2025, the petitioner by virtue of Order dated 25th February, 2025 passed by this Court in the said writ petition, has been permitted to participate in the bidding process issued by the respondents, without insisting upon the renewal of PSARA license, in case there is no other legal impediment thereto.
02. The respondents allowed the petitioner to participate in the bidding process in conformity with aforesaid direction, without insisting upon renewal of PSARA license and now the stage has reached for allotment of the contract.
03. The petitioner without waiting for the outcome of the aforesaid petition, wherein the rights of the parties are yet to be adjudicated finally, has preferred the instant writ petition, on the same cause of action and that too, without seeking permission from this Court.
04. Neither the petitioner has sought any permission from this Court to file a fresh writ petition, nor the aforesaid writ petition (WP(C) No. 405/2025) has been placed on record.
05. When confronted with the maintainability of the instant writ petition, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks withdrawal of the same, with liberty to pursue the aforesaid writ petition, which as on date, is pending adjudication before this Court on the same cause of action. Her statement is taken on record.
06. In view of the above, the instant writ petition is dismissed along with connected miscellaneous applications, with liberty as prayed for.
