Whereas aforesaid suit is still pending before the Learned Civil Judge, (Junior Division) Kaiserganj, Bahraich till date, expeditiously within stipulated time as prescribed by this Hon'ble Court. 2. Considering the relief as prayed for, the present petition is disposed off directing the petitioner to move an appropriate application for early hearing before the Court concerned which shall be considered in accordance with law.
