Civil Writ Petition No.497/2025. [2025:RJ-JP:33119] (2 of 2) [CCP-269/2025] Vide order dated 11.02.2025, the Court directed the respondents to consider the representation filed by the petitioners and to pass appropriate orders strictly in accordance with law. Learned counsel appearing for the respondents-State submits that the representation of the petitioners has been decided by speaking order on 09.07.2025. He has also placed before this Court the copy of order dated 09.07.2025 which is taken on record. In view of the fact that the representation of the petitioner has been decided vide order dated 09.07.2025, no cause of action survives to continue this contempt petition.
