Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the Standing Counsel. 2. The present petition has been filed with the following prayer : "A. Issue a writ of certiorari to quash the incorrect entries in the land records and replace them with the correct entries showing the land as "Bheeta. Gata Number 143 and 109 as Gram Sabha land. Rectify the akar ptra 45. B. Issue a writ of mandamus directing the concerned authorities O P No- 2 & 4 ensuring the removal of illegal encroachments of gata no 109, 143 gram belware tehsil jaisinghpur sultanpur and issue necessary directions to ensure the protection and preservation of Gram Sabha land. 3. Considering the fact that for the reliefs claimed, adequate remedy is available under the U.P. Revenue Code, the present petition is disposed off permitting the petitioner to move an appropriate application under section 38 of the U.P.
