Sri Manish Mishra, learned Standing Counsel has written instructions to inform the Court that subsequent to passing of the order dated 09.01.2025, a resident of Village-Lamkan, Teshil-Swaijpur, District-Hardoi, namely, Smt. Krishna Devi w/o Sri Jagbir Singh offered to gift a portion of her land for the purposes of establishment of model fair price shop in Village- Lamkan itself and thereafter executed a gift deed on 18.02.2025 in favour of the concerned department. Therefore, now, the construction of model fair price shop is to be undertaken on the said land in Village-Lamkan itself. These instructions have been provided by B.D.O., Sandi, Hardoi which are taken on record. 3. In view of the aforesaid, nothing remains to be adjudicated. 4. Accordingly, the petition is disposed of in terms of the aforesaid statement made by Sri Manish Mishra, learned Standing Counsel and the instructions received by him. 5. At this stage, petitioner's counsel says that petitioner also want to gift the land in Village-Lamkan for establishment of aforesaid shop which according to him as per government orders should be constructed near the Panchayat Bhawan.
