Heard learned counsel for petitioner, learned State Counsel for opposite parties 1 and 2 and Mr. Gyanendra Kumar Srivastava, learned counsel for opposite party no.3. 2. Petition has been filed challenging order dated 13.02.2025 whereby liberty has been granted to petitioner-institution to apply for a second inspection. 3. It has been submitted that petitioner-institution had applied online seeking approval for conducting courses of Diploma in Emergency and Trauma Care Technician as well as Diploma in O.T. It appears that subsequently inspection of the Institute was conducted whereafter a report dated 27.08.2024 was submitted indicating certain deficiency in petitioner's infrastructure due to which impugned order has been issued. 5. A perusal of impugned order dated 13.02.2025 indicates that liberty has been granted to petitioner-institution for applying online for a second inspection for which no fee would be chargeable. 6. Learned counsel for petitioner however submits that once Application forms have been submitted, unnecessary deficiencies have been indicated in the inspection report whereas a certificate has been issued by Chief Medical Officer concerned. 7. However, in view of liberty being granted to petitioner by impugned order dated 13.02.2025, it shall be open for petitioner-institute to apply online for the second inspection in terms thereof. Petitioner shall be at liberty to exhibit the certificate issued by the Chief Medical Officer to the inspecting team. 8.
