Therefore, the impugned order is clearly non-speaking and also without affording an opportunity to the writ petitioner, who sought for issuance of patta based on his registered sale deed. 4.For this limited reason, I am inclined to set aside the impugned order and remit the matter to the third respondent for hearing the petitioner and also conducting an enquiry with regard to the patta application of the writ petitioner and thereafter pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.It is made clear that if the reason reflecting in the online note that 3/5 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis W.P(MD)No.6538 of 2025 the patta has been issued subject to conditions, then the Tahsildar shall furnish a copy of the conditions to the petitioner to enable the petitioner to make his objections. 6.With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of.
