The present petition has been filed with the following relief: "(i) To direct the opposite party No. 1 i.e., Civil Judge (Junior Division) Kunda, Partapgarh to decide the suit case bearing no. 692/2011 Badri Prasad (Dead) one by one Krishna Kant S/O Harish Chandra and another Versus Asha Ojha and others pending before the Civil Judge (Junior Division) Kunda, Partapgarh expeditiously preferable within stipulated period fixed by this Hon'ble Court." 3. Considering the reliefs as prayed for, the present petition is disposed of directing the Court concerned to decide the aforesaid case with all expedition, preferably within a period of one year from the date of filing of a certified copy of this order, in accordance with law.
