The writ Court, vide order dated 22.10.2024, had required the respondents / opposite parties to decide the representation of the petitioner / applicant. The representation of the petitioner has been decided vide order dated 13.11.2024, a copy of which is annexure 1 to the affidavit dated 01.05.2025. Considering the aforesaid, it is not the case that respondents are now running in contempt of the order passed by the writ Court.
