Case No. 131 of 2024 for the offences registered under sections 118(1), 118(2), 103(1), 61 and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, pending in the court of Miss Jenish Minz, learned Judicial Magistrate-XIV, Ranchi. 3. On 11.10.2024 at about 6.30 p.m., father of the Informant was assaulted by the petitioner along with co-accused persons, due to which, he succumbed to his injuries. 4. It was submitted that from the eyewitness account, it appears that co- accused Abid Ansari and Imtiaz Ansari are the main assailants. It was further submitted that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner. 5. Mr. Pran Pranay, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Informant, has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail. 6. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Miss Jenish Minz, learned Judicial Magistrate-XIV, Ranchi in connection with Chanho P.S.
