The present writ petition has been filed for following relief:- 2025:JHHC:20899 2 W.P.(C) No.3202 of 2025 “(i) For quashing the part of award dated 29.08.2024 passed by Land Acquisition Officer (Respondent No.3) passed in Land Acquisition Case No.67/2020-21, whereby the respondent No.4 has illegally passed the Award of Rs.11176549.00 & Rs.3967912.00 in favour of Savitri Devi (Respondent No.8) in connection with Acquisition of Land Pertaining to Mouza Panch Kathi Dag No.20, 21, 87, 22, 85. However, it would be pertinent to mention here that the petitioner being the original Jamabandi Raiyat of the aforesaid land legally entitled for the award amount which has been passed in favour of respondent No.8.” 2. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition with a liberty to work out his remedy in accordance with law. 3.
