This is the second bail application of the applicant. Vide order dated 12.09.2024 passed by this Court in MCRC No. 5424 of 2024, the first bail application of the applicant was dismissed on merits. 2. Learned counsel for the applicant would submit that the applicant is in jail since 05.07.2024 and till date only 7 witnesses have been examined. Final adjudication of the case will take its own time and none of the witnesses have supported the prosecution case therefore, he moved this second bail application. 2 3. On the other hand, learned State counsel opposes the bail application and submitted that total 10 witnesses have been cited in this case and out of which 7 witnesses have already been examined and the trial of the case at its fag end and first bail application of the applicant has been dismissed on merits therefore, the applicant is not entitled for grant of bail. 4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the material annexed with the bail application. 5. Considering the submissions made by learned counsel for the parties particularly the fact that firs bail applicant of the applicant has been dismissed on merits vide order dated 12.09.2024 and thereafter, out of total 10 cited witnesses, 7 witnesses have been examined before the learned trial Court and the trial is in progress, I do not found any ground to change in circumstance accordingly, the present second bail application of the applicant is rejected.
