The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer :- "(i). Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding/directing the opposite party no. 2, the District Magistrate, Sitapur to forthwith constitute Enquiry Committee consisting of a District Level Officer in accordance with Rule 2(c) of the Uttar Pradesh Panchayat Raj, Enquiry Rules, 1997 at the earliest so that a preliminary enquiry and further proceeding are held in accordance with the said Enquiry Rules, 1997 on the complaint 13.12.2024(Annexure No.1 With Petition) in the interest of justice." 3. Learned Standing Counsel based upon the instruction, which are taken on record, states that the affidavit, filed by the petitioner did not support the contentions to justify any further enquiry. 4. Considering the said fact, in case the petitioner files a better affidavit, the same shall be considered in accordance with law. 5. The petition is finally disposed of, in terms of above.
