Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Standing Counsel. 2. The present petition has been filed by the petitioners seeking a removal of the alleged encroachment, which is recorded as Abadi land. 3. It is argued by learned counsel for the petitioners that he has also filed an application under Section 133 of the Cr.P.C., which is pending. 4. In the entire petition, no right much less a statutory right has been shown to be affected warranting exercise of power for grant of a writ under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. So, the prayer made cannot be granted. However, the petitioners would be at liberty to avail remedy as may be available to them under law. 5. The petition stands disposed of.
