ORDER Sri C.Vamsi Krishna, Learned counsel for respondent no.1, submitted that pursuant to the orders of this Court dated 05.12.2023 passed in W.P.No.31246 of 2023, the respondent authorities have passed endorsement and therefore, there is due compliance of the orders passed by this Court.
2. Sri P.Narahari Babu, learned counsel for petitioner, submitted that the said endorsement has not been passed in true letter and spirit of the
order passed by this Court. Further, even though a specific mention was made in the order of this Court that the petitioner’s case shall be considered pursuant to the notice dated 19.07.2023; the notice dated 19.07.2023 has not even been referred to in the endorsement.

3. Vide orders passed in Writ Petition, this Court directed the respondent authorities to consider and dispose of the petitioner’s case pursuant to the notice dated 19.07.2023. According to the respondents, they accordingly passed an endorsement.
4. This Court is not inclined to accept the contention advanced by the
learned counsel for petitioner that the endorsement passed by the authorities is not in true letter and spirit of the orders passed by this Court. If at all, the petitioner has any grievance, he can challenge the endorsement passed by the authorities by approaching appropriate forum, in accordance with law. Therefore, this Court does not find any willful disobedience of the orders passed by this Court.
5. In view of the above, this Contempt Case is closed. There shall be no
order as to costs.
Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
