This petition seeks for issuance of a direction in the nature of Mandamus directing opposite parties no.1 to 3 to arrest opposite parties no.3 and 4 for proper investigation in pursuance of the First Information Report dated 14.10.2025 lodged by the petitioner vide Case Crime No.0014 of 2025, under Sections 137(2) and 87 of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, Police Station Tikait Nagar, District Barabanki. 3. Learned A.G.A., on instructions, states that in this case, charge-sheet has been submitted before the supervisory authority on 20.02.2025. 4. In view thereof, if the petitioner has any grievance in respect of the charge- sheet, she can express it by way of an application within ten days from today before the supervisory authority, who shall take a decision on the same in accordance with law within a period of four weeks thereafter. 5.
