Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Standing Counsel. 2. Perused the original record as was produced in terms of the direction issued by this Court vide order dated 04.03.2025. 3. The present petition has been filed challenging an order of suspension dated 18.02.2025 whereby, the fair price shop of the petitioner was suspended on the basis of an inspection carried out and some report given by the cardholders against the petitioner. 4. Considering the fact that by virtue of the show cause notice- cum-suspension order, the petitioner has been called for to file the reply and on perusal of the original record, there appears to be statements of some cardholders against the petitioner. No interference is called for. 5. The petitioner may file a reply to the show cause notice. In case, such a reply is filed, the authority concerned shall decide the issue strictly in accordance with law and in terms of the mandate of Government Order dated 05.08.2019, expeditiously, preferably within a period of three months from today. 6. The writ petition is disposed off in the above terms. 7. The original record is returned to the learned Standing Counsel today itself in Court.
