Heard Sri Vivek Tripathi, learned counsel for petitioners as well as learned Standing Counsel for respondents. 2. It has been submitted by learned counsel for petitioners that petitioners were initially appointed on the post o Anganbari Karyakatri and subsequently they were appointed on the post of Supervisor and now claim the benefit of old pension scheme. 3. In this regard, it has been submitted that petitioners have given a representation dated 03.01.2025 to the respondents which is pending consideration and has not been decided so far. 4. After arguing the matter at some length, learned counsel for petitioners submits that grievance of the petitioners shall be substantially redressed in case respondent No. 4 is directed to consider and decide the representation of the petitioners dated 03.01.2025 (Annexure No. 11) in a time bound manner. 5. Learned Standing Counsel does not object if a direction is issued to respondents for expeditious disposal of the representation preferred by the petitioners. 6. Accordingly, without entering into merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent No. 4/Director, Bal Vikas Sewa Evam Pushtahar, U.P. Lucknow to decide the representation of the petitioners dated 03.01.2025 (Annexure No. 11) expeditiously, sy, within a period of six weeks from the date a copy of this order is produced before him in accordance with law.
