Also heard Mr. K.K Das, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Assam as well as Ms. S Sahu, learned counsel appearing for the informant. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was granted interim bail by this Court and in pursuant to the directions of this Court, the petitioner has cooperated in the investigation. 3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Assam submits that the petitioner has appeared before the Investigation Officer and her statement has already been recorded under Section 180 of B.N.S.S. 4. On the other hand, Ms. S Sahu, learned counsel appearing for the informant also submits that the matter has been amicably settled between the parties and the informant does not intend to pursue the matter and has no objection if the interim bail granted to the petitioner is made absolute. 5. Considering the submissions made by learned counsel for both sides, as well as considering the fact that the petitioner has complied with the directions of this Court and has cooperated in the investigation, the interim bail granted to her by this Court is hereby, made absolute and this Anticipatory Bail application is disposed of.
