The petitioner alleges some construction by opp. party Nos. 12 to 16 on his Bhumidhari land in connivance with opp. party Nos. 7 to 10. The petitioner may approach the opp. party Nos. 2 and 5 separately, who may get the facts verified as to whether any of the official opp. parties No. 7 to 10 are interfering in a civil dispute illegally or not and if they find that it is so, then they shall do the needful. As regards the dispute with private parties, the petitioner is at liberty to pursue other remedies available in law. The official opp. parties shall not interfere in a private dispute between the petitioner and private parties, unless of course there is a law and order problem, apprehension of breach of peace, apprehension of commission of any crime or any crime is actually committed or there is any order of the court to be complied or any other valid ground in law for such interference.
