Sanjay Kumar Kasaodhan and others' pending since 27.11.2024, expeditiously within a stipulated period. (ii) To direct the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), North, Room No. 25, District Sultanpur to decide the stay application in under Order-39 Rule-1 & 2 C.P.C. pending in Regular Suit / O.S. No. 750/2024 "Dayaram Vs. Sanjay Kumar Kasaodhan and others" on the next date of hearing." 3. The counsel for the petitioners presses the only prayer no.(ii). 4.
