1. Faced with the factum of petitioner having efficacious, alternative remedy(ies), learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner may be permitted to withdraw this Writ Petition, with liberty to avail statutory remedy(ies) available to him in accordance with law under Recovery of Debts Due to Banks and Financial Institutions Act, 1993 and any other. However, it is submitted that period spent in pursuing this Writ Petition be excluded for purpose of limitation.

2. We find the request of petitioner to be genuine, inasmuch as present Writ Petition was filed on 28.03.2025 after passing of order dated 11.03.2025 by Recovery Officer, communicated to writ petitioner by Respondent- Bank on
12.03.2025. Therefore, period spent by petitioner in pursuing present Writ Petition be excluded, in case, he avails of remedy available to him.
3. In view of above, this writ petition is thus dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to petitioner to avail remedy(ies) as may be available to him in accordance with law, while raising all available pleas.
4. Pending miscellaneous application(s) are disposed of, accordingly.
