Neutral Citation No. - 2025:AHC-LKO:14454-DB Court No. - 2 Case :- WRIT - C No. - 2097 of 2025 Petitioner :- Leela Pal And Another Respondent :- State Of U.P. Thru. Addl. Chief Secy. Deptt. Of Revenue Lko And 4 Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Pankaj Kumar Tiwari,Aayush Pankaj Tiwari Counsel for Respondent :- C.S.C. Hon'ble Rajan Roy,J. Hon'ble Om Prakash Shukla,J. Heard. The petitioner seeks some mandamus to the opposite party Nos.2 and 3 to remove the obstruction in the pathway of the petitioner. We fail to understand as to how such Writ Petition is maintainable before this Court as the allegation herein is against the opposite party Nos.4 and 5, who are private parties, moreover, if there is some obstruction on the pathway of the petitioner, then that is a private dispute. If it is a public pathway then the remedy lies else where. The Writ Petition stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to pursue some other remedy as this type of dispute cannot be seen under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.
