The contempt application has been filed for non-compliance of the order dated 18.11.2023 passed by this Court. 2. This Court directed the applicant to move an appropriate application under Section 67 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 and directed for disposal of the same. Instead of moving an application under Section 67 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 as prescribed under the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, the petitioner has submitted a representation to the Sub Divisional Officer, Sultanpur whereas proceedings of section 67 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 are conducted before the Tehsilar and the petitioner himself has not complied with the order passed by this Court and is only a complainant in the matter and I am not inclined to entertain this contempt application. The contempt petition is consigned to record. 3. Notice, if any, is discharged.
