With the consent of the parties the matter is being decided finally. 3. Committee of Management of the Institution is before this Court praying for a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to consider the requisition of vacancies and permit the petitioner-Institution to fill up the vacancies on the post of Library Clerks, Office Clerks, Librarian, Librarian, Office Superintendent and Lab Assistant for which permission has been sought by the Institution and the same is still pending consideration before the respondent No.2 i.e. Director of the Institution. 4. Considering the aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent No.2 to consider the request of the Committee of Management for filling up the vacancies in accordance with law under relevant rules and pass a suitable order within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order. 5. It is made clear that the Court has not gone into the merits of the claim set forth by the petitioner.
