There is a dispute between the petitioner and the private opposite parties and some suit proceedings are pending, therefore, we can not enter into such a dispute nor any adjudication. However, as far as the interference by police officers is concerned, they will come into the picture only if there is any law and order situation, apprehension of breach of peace, apprehension of commission of crime or the crime has been actually committed or there is any order of the Court to be complied with or if there is any other ground for valid interference, then the authorities can interfere but only to that extent. With aforesaid observations/directions, the Writ Petition stands disposed of without prejudice to the rights of the parties in the pending suit before the civil court etc. (Om Prakash Shukla,J.)
