To direct the Civil Judge, Fast Track Court (JD), Sultanpur to decide the recall application dated 12.09.2022 filed by the petitioners for the recall of the order dated 14.02.2017 passed in Original Suit No. 943 of 2013, Sehnaz Khatoon Vs. Mumtaz Khan and another, pending before him since 2022 within specified time." 3. Considering the aforesaid prayer, it is directed that the trial court shall endeavour to decide the aforesaid pending application with all expedition, preferably within a period of one year from the date of production of copy of this order. 4.
