If it is so, then whatever deficiencies are there should be informed to the petitioner in writing within ten days whereupon the petitioner should rectify the same at the earliest say within a period of one month, thereafter, the application of the petitioner be considered and decided as per law within said period. If the deficiencies are not removed even then an order can be passed by the Registrar on the application within the same period. 2. With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition is disposed of.
