Learned counsel for the respondent no.1 & 2 informs that representation of the applicant has already been decided vide order dated 2.5.2025 by Divisional Retail Head, Indian Oil Corporation Ltd., Lucknow, therefore, contempt application has lost its efficacy and liable to be dismissed. 3. Considering the submissions of learned counsel for the respondent and going through the contents of the order dated 2.5.2025 passed by the Divisional Retail Head, Indian Oil Corporation Ltd., Lucknow, this Court is of the view that decision has already been taken by the competent authority, accordingly, the contempt application is dismissed. 4. However, applicant is at liberty to take appropriate remedy, if he is feeling aggrieved by the decision taken by the competent authority.
