Admittedly, the petitioners were transferred on mutual basis as per the list dated 19.06.2024, a copy of which is annexure 9 to the writ petition. Transfers of the petitioners were made from District- Bahraich to Districts- Sitapur, Kaushambi and Balrampur respectively and in turn some other teachers have been transferred from Districts- Sitapur, Kaushambi and Balrampur to District- Bahraich. The petitioners have joined and now pray for quashing of the circular dated 19.06.2024 with regard to mutual transfer. 3. Once the petitioners have joined unconditionally and there is nothing on record to indicate that the joining of the petitioners was under protest consequently, no case for interference is made out. 4.
