Topno, learned A.P.P on behalf of the State. This appeal is directed against the order dated 04.04.2025 passed in M.C.A No. 605 of 2025, arising out of Bashistnagar P.S. Case No. 22/2024, passed by the learned Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, NDPS Cases, Chatra, whereby and whereunder, the prayer for bail of the appellant has been rejected. It has been alleged that on a raid conducted by the police, the appellant was apprehended and at his instance, arms and ammunitions were recovered. Submission has been advanced by the learned counsel for the appellant that the appellant is in custody since 10.07.2024. Learned A.P.P. on behalf of the State has opposed the prayer for bail and has submitted that the appellant has got criminal antecedents. However, considering the period of custody undergone by the appellant we, while setting aside the order dated 04.04.2025 passed in M.C.A No. 605 of 2025, arising out of Bashistnagar P.S. Case No. 22 of 2024, passed by the learned Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, NDPS Cases, Chatra, direct that the appellant, above named, be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, NDPS Cases, Chatra, in connection with M.C.A No. 605 of 2025, arising out of Bashistnagar P.S.
