PUBLIC PROSECUTOR The Court made the following: ORDER: The Criminal Revision Case was filed challenging the order dated 20.01.2008 in Crl.M.P.No.3 of 2010 in C.C.No.224 on the file of Judicial First Class Magistrate, Palakonda. 2. The report from the learned Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Palakonda, is received in which, it is submitted that C.C.No.224 of 2008 was 2 Dr. YLR, J Crl.R.C.No.293 of 2010 Dated 27.03.2025 disposed of on merits on 27.12.2011 by convicting the accused. However, the accused preferred the appeal before the learned Appellate Court in Crl.A.No.3 of 2012 and the Criminal Appeal was disposed of by way of settlement before the Lok Adalat in between the parties on 25.08.2012 (Lok Adalath Case No.640 of 2012). The copy of the award in Criminal Appeal is also submitted. 3. In view of the disposal of Calendar Case by the learned Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Palakonda, and the appeal against that judgment was also compromised before the Lok Adalat by the parties, nothing remains in this Criminal Revision Case for adjudication. Therefore, the Criminal Revision Case has to be disposed of as compromised. 4. In the result, the Criminal Revision Case is disposed of as compromised. There shall be no order as to costs.
