In view of order being passed, notices to opposite party no.4 stand dispensed with. 2. Petition has been filed seeking a direction to authority concerned for issuance of correct mark sheet for the first year Shastri Examination bearing roll number 56816 conducted in year 2008. 3. Although there is considerable delay in the relief sought but learned counsel for the University submits that the University is taking a sympathetic view of the matter and any fresh representation if preferred would be decided in accordance with law. 4. Since consideration of grievance of petitioner would entail factual aspects, liberty is granted to petitioner to file a fresh representation before opposite party no.3 i.e. Examination Controller, Sampurnanand Sanskrit University who is directed to consider and decide the same expeditiously. Petitioner shall annex a certified copy of this order along with fresh representation before the authority concerned. 5. With aforesaid directions, the petition is finally disposed of.
