ORAL ORDER
1. The prayer in this writ petition is for issuance of a direction to respondent Nos.2 and 3 to consider the application dated 20.09.2022, a copy of which is produced at Annexure - B, in which the petitioner has made a request for regularization of his unauthorized occupation.
2. Since the petitioner has made an application for regularization of his unauthorized occupation under Rule 108CCC, it would be appropriate to direct respondent Nos.2 and 3 to consider the same and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.

3. It is needless to state that nothing said in this order shall be construed as rendering any opinion on the merits of the claim of the petitioner.
