After hearing learned counsel for the parties what comes out is that a revision has been filed by the petitioners before the Revisional Authority under Section 41 (3) of the Urban Planning and Development Act, 1973 challenging the order of demolition dated 13.04.2023 and appellate order dated 20.05.2023 which is pending. During pendency of the revision another notice for demolition in pursuance to the orders already passed. 3. Counsel for the petitioner says that only yesterday i.e., 04.03.2025, the date was fixed and counter affidavit has been filed by the opposite parties. 4. Let the revision of the petitioners be decided, positively, within three months unless there is any legal impediment in which case it shall be recorded in the order-sheet and shall be communicated to the petitioner. 5. Till such decision is taken, the demolition notice shall not be given effect subject to final order in the revision, as, it is a statutory revision which is pending. 6. The petition is disposed of.
