Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned State Counsel for opposite parties 1 to 5. In view of order being passed, notice to opposite parties 6 and 7 stand dispensed with. 2. Notice on behalf of opposite party No.8 has been accepted by Mr. Mohan Singh Advocate. 3. Petition has been filed seeking a direction to concerned authority for removal of construction made by opposite parties 6 and 7 said to be in illegal possession over gaon sabha property in gata No. 533 having an area of 0.010 Hectares in village in question. 4. Mr. Upendra Singh learned State Counsel has been provided written instructions dated 11th February, 2025 and 11th March, 2025, copies of which are taken on record and as per which, earlier proceedings under Section 122-B of U.P. Zamindari Abolition and Land Reforms Act was initiated against opposite parties 6 and 7 but the said notices were thereafter recalled vide order dated 30th December, 2014 and subsequently proceedings under Section 67 (A) of the Revenue Code 2006 are pending on an application preferred by the said Taj Mohammad. 5. In view of the fact that proceedings initiated earlier under Section 122-B of the Act having already been withdrawn on 30th December, 2014, nothing more remains to be adjudicated upon in the present writ petition since the proceedings under section 67 of the Act are already pending consideration, the same should be decided expeditiously. 6.
