In view of the proposed order being passed, notices to respondent No.2 is dispensed with. Heard learned counsel for the revisionist and learned A.G.A. for the State-respondent. This revision has been filed against the judgment and order dated 07.02.2025 passed by Principal Judge, Family Court, Ambedkar Nagar in Case No.83 of 2022 under Section 125 Cr.P.C., P.S. Bhiti, District Ambedkar Nagar. Perused the record. A perusal of the impugned order dated 07.02.2025 shows that the application 16(b) remain pending for a period of six months although it was filed on 27.06.2023. This application was given during the period when the evidence was being led and thus, has had an effect of prolonging the trial and, therefore, the cost of Rs.10,000/- has been imposed by the learned court below in which I find no illegality.
