Learned A.G.A., who is present for the State, on instructions, states that in this case, charge sheet has been filed in court on 11.2.2025 before the Supervisory Authority. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays to withdraw present writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to take appropriate available remedy as per law. Accordingly, without prejudice to the rights of petitioner to take appropriate available remedies as per law, present writ petition is consigned to record as withdrawn.
