The instant writ petition has been filed praying for following main reliefs: "to quash the order Dated 21-1-2025, in Case No-10953/2024, (Raman and Another versus Smt Rajrani and others) passed by the Sub District Magistrate Purava District-Unnao in the interest of justice." Taking note of the statutory remedy of filing the revision being available to the applicant, this Court is not inclined to entertain the present application. Accordingly, the instant application is disposed of with the liberty to the applicant to avail the remedy available. In case, the applicant prefers the statutory remedy as available, the same shall be decided expeditiously, as per law, after affording full opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned.
