Neutral Citation No. - 2025:AHC-LKO:13385 Court No. - 15 Case :- CRIMINAL MISC. ANTICIPATORY BAIL APPLICATION U/S 482 BNSS No. - 210 of 2025 Applicant :- Sachin Opposite Party :- State Of U.P. Thru. Prin. Secy. Home Lko. And Another Counsel for Applicant :- Dinesh Kumar Ojha Counsel for Opposite Party :- G.A. Hon'ble Shree Prakash Singh,J. Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned AGA for the State and perused the record. The instant anticipatory bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant with the prayer to release him on anticipatory bail in Case Crime No.0028 of 2025, under Sections 137(2) B.N.S., 2023, Police Station Amethi, District Amethi. A preliminary objection has been raised by the learned counsel for the State that the applicant has straight way approached this Court by way of filing anticipatory bail application which is no maintainable. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that he has explained the reason in paragraph 7 of the anticipatory bail application. From perusal of the explanation, it transpires that bald explanation is given and no special reason has been given for filing the anticipatory bail application directly to this Court. This Court is aware of the law laid down in case of Ankit Bharti Vs. State of U.P. and another, reported in 2020 SCC Online All 1949. In view of the aforesaid, this Court do not find any good ground to entertain this application. Consequently, the instant anticipatory bail application is hereby dismissed. Consigned to records.
