Hazarika, learned counsel for the applicant, who by means of this application has prayed for impleadment of the following party as respondent no. 7, the Ministry of Jal Shakti, Government of India, Represented by the Secretary, Department of Water Resources, River Development and Ganga Rejuvenation, CR Section, Room No. 224, Shram Shakti Bhawan, Rafi Marg, New Delhi-110001. He has submitted that such application is required as the presence of the said party would be necessary for a fair adjudication. Page No.# 3/3 Also heard Ms. D. Jain, learned counsel for the respondent nos. 1 to 4. Also heard the learned counsel for the opposite parties. After perusal this Court is of the opinion that impleadment of the aforesaid party would be necessary for a fair adjudication. Accordingly, the aforesaid entity is impleaded as respondent no. 7. Shri K. Gogoi, learned CGC, who is present in the Court accept notice on behalf of the newly impleaded respondent no. 7. The learned counsel for the applicant is accordingly required to file amended cause title and thereafter give extra copies of the writ petition to Shri Gogoi, learned counsel.
