The petitioner was appointed as Multipurpose Health Assistant (Female) on regular basis by proceedings dated 03.07.2007. She completed Master of Social Work course in December, 2014 and was also regularized and declared probation and continuing as such as of now. Petitioner is stated to be eligible for consideration for promotion to the cadre of Medico Social Worker Grade-I (now re-designated as Lecturer in Social Science). Respondent No.2 by proceedings vide Rc.No.455/A2/2012-25 dated 06.03.2025 has circulated provisional seniority list in this regard and called for objections of stakeholders to be submitted on or before 19.03.2025 for finalizing the seniority. As per the said seniority list, petitioner stood at serial No.33. Therefore, petitioner submitted objections on 10.03.2025 inter alia submitting that in year 2015-16, petitioner was shown at SI.No.05 and the same was requested to be considered. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as petitioner submitted objections to the provisional seniority list, it would suffice to direct respondent No.2 to consider the same before finalizing final seniority list. 3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for respondents submits that the very purpose of communicating provisional seniority list was to invite objections from stakeholders before the same is finalized, therefore as the petitioner has already submitted objections, the same will be considered in accordance with taw. 4. In view of the aforesaid submissions, the writ petition is disposed of directing respondent No.2 to consider the objections dated 10.03.2025 submitted by the petitioner in the process of finalizing of final seniority list in accordance with law. 5. 6.
