The present petition has been filed with the following prayer : "Direct the Opposite Party No.1 i.e. Civil Judge Senior Division Mohanlalganj, Lucknow to expedite the proceeding of the Regular Suit No. 1169 of 2024 "Smt. Sadhna Rani Gupta versus Ramesh Chandra Gupta and others" pending in the court of Civil Judge Senior Division Mohanlalganj Lucknow decide the same within a period as fixed by this Hon'ble Court, in the interest of justice." 3. Considering the fact that the Suit is of the year 2024, the petitioner is permitted to move an application for expeditious disposal of the Suit before the court concerned, which shall be considered as per the administrative guidelines of this court. 4.
