Room No. 25, Sultanpur, since 03.03.2022, according to law within time stipulated by this Hon'ble Court. (ii) direction to the learned court below to decide the interim stay application (4G2), in regular suit No. 309/2022 ( Rajaram Versus Village Panchayat & Others) and application under 151 CPC, pending before the Civil Judge (J.D.) Room No. 25, Sultanpur, since 03.03.2022 according to law within the time stipulated by this Hon'ble Court." 3. Considering the fact that the injunction application is also pending consideration, the writ petition is disposed off directing the court concerned to decide the injunction application (4G2) within a period of six weeks from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
