Nongpiur, learned counsel for the petitioner today submits that 2(two) months’ salary has been received by the petitioner, but she is yet to receive the remaining amounts. Mr. P.A. Dohkrut, learned counsel for the respondent No. 3 submits that whatever amounts that have been received from the State has been disbursed, and as fresh amounts has been received, the amount as entitled will also be released to the petitioner. In this view of the matter, as there is no willful violation. Contempt stands closed and disposed of.
