The petitioner seeks expeditious disposal of his revision pending before the Board of Revenue. The record indicates that the petitioner had moved an application for early hearing which was taken up by the Board of Revenue on 02.12.2024 and the same was allowed. Post the said date, 02.12.2024, it would indicate that general dates have been fixed. Considering the fact that the matter is already engaging the attention of the Board of Revenue and the expedite application had been allowed, this Court does not deem it appropriate to entertain the present petition, however, leaving it open for the petitioner to contest and press the objections before the Revisional Court itself.
