The present petition has been filed with the following relief: "i. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the opp. Parties concerned to get removed the illegal encroachment made over the Gram Sabha Ambedkar Park Land gata no. 559/0.0567 hectare situated in Village Bhadera Post Mooda Sawaran Tehsil Gola District Kheri in the interest of justice." 3. Learned Standing Counsel, based upon the instructions, states that the offending constructions have already been removed. Learned counsel for the respondent states that they were wrongly removed. 4. Considering the fact that the prayer made in the petition is rendered infructuous, no directions can be passed. However, respondents would be at liberty to take such steps as may be advised in accordance with law. 5. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed.
