The petitioners claim certain dues for work done by them for survey of land for establishing an Airport at Ayodhya way back in 2014, which have not been paid as yet. They rely upon a letter of the District Magistrate, Faizabad dated 27.05.2015 in this regard written to the Chairman, Airport Authority of India, New Delhi, however, on being confronted with the limitation which would have been applied as per the Limitation Act, 1963, if a suit was to be filed, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in view of this letter dated 27.05.2015, he may pursue the matter with the District Magistrate, Faizabad. We, therefore, do not find it a fit case for interference, however, our order will not come in the way if the claim is pending before the opposite party and they want to consider the claim of the petitioners.
