Gupta, the learned Standing counsel appearing on behalf of the Food Corporation of India has placed before this Court the order dated 17.02.2025 whereby the competent authority has passed order for refunding of an amount of Rs.1,68,57,335/- to the petitioner. The said order is kept on record and marked with the letter “X”. 3. Taking into account that the petitioner’s grievances have been duly redressed, the instant writ petition stands closed.
