By means of this petition, petitioner has sought quashing the F.I.R. dated 11.02.2025 bearing Case Crime/ FIR No.20 of 2025 for the offence under Sections 318(3), 318(4) 352, 351(3) BNS registered at Police Station Rehra Bazar, District Balrampur and a further prayer to stay the arrest of the petitioner. 3. After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the petitioner prays to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to take appropriate proceedings before appropriate Court, in accordance with law. 4.
